For this project i decided to go with the Internet of thing because I wasn't really sure what it was about and was really interested in knowing what it was all about. For this project I was with Ania and Tochi, at this stage I personally knew most people from my class so knowing them wasn't really a problem at all.

So basically we had to definitely do some research first to know exactly what we wanted to figure out how we where going to do this mission and complete it in the time frame that we had so we set out some goals that we thought where necessary to complete what we need to do and they where as follows:

*To figure out what the idea is of the Internet of things

*To find out how it is used in our everyday lives

*To find out the problems with security of the IOT in today's world

By the end of this mission and the product that we produce we hope to complete these goals and have a greater understanding of what we are trying to achieve within the mission.

We also need a list of all our possible ideas we could use and them use one of them in the mission for our meat the list was as follow:

*Do a survey

*Make up something that could be used during the everyday use of the internet of things

*look at some security problems of the internet of things and take it into account

So what we decided on to do was the survey but we also decided that we where going to do the survey about the security of IOT, to show that we can achieve two birds in one stone. We would need to create a survey that relates to people of all ages and we would also have to make it interesting enough for people to take part in it

Our goal for this survey was to get at least over 300 people to take it so we have a wide range of results at the end to show what people think about the security of the internet of things. We thought going around the college everyday that we would eventually get enough people to complete the survey and get the numbers that we wanted for this mission and the results of the survey speak for themselves.

By the end of this mission we hoped to get a greater understanding of what the internet of things really is and how it can be used in everyday life, also we wanted to look at the problems with the internet of things and how this is a big issue in today's world with hackers and we basically just wanted to see how people feel about it

Intro to myself

Introducing myself Hi my name is Sam chapple I'm from Rush co Dublin and and am really enjoying this course at the moment. The class I'm enjoying at the moment is digital photography because I love the art of photography. Mission 3-Digital Journalism Process For the process since we knew what we where doing and we had the time to complete this mission it was quite easy to finish it, it started off with the development phase where we all came together and decided what we wanted the podcast to be structured like. We had already know that we wanted to base it off a Joe Rogan podcast because his podcasts are the greatest one on the internet to date. So basically once we had our style for the podcast set out we each took a different topic to talk about on the podcast, I took Instagram and how they portray there news feed, Jack took Snapchat and the same again how do they portray there new, and Mark chose Twitter for his part.
